Had a suite for 5 nights and took advantage of the kitchenette, the laundry (midpoint of our trip so clothes needed a refresh) and the comfort of having a separated living, dining and sleeping space. "This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.
From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "

Room lovely and comfortable with fridge kettle tea coffee biscuits hairdryer iron & board toiletries tissues. But no air con and rather hot in august. Fan supplied on request. "Very cozy hotel. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that hotel access is mid-block, set back from the street with poor signage. Not obvious as hotel is above a restaurant too so was hard to find initially. Also note, I read the description that parking at a neat car park was validated which I might have misinterpreted when reading, however, parking is only discounted by 5 pounds."
