"Eu cometi um erro na data da reserva. A recepcionista não fez esforço algum pra me alocar em outro quarto, mesmo com um longo histórico de hospedagem neste hotem. Quando uma outra recepcionista me attendeu, foi mais solícita, mas eu já havia reservado outro hotel e ainda precisei pagar a diária do estacionamento do carro. Voltando num outro dia, a internet não funcionava nos meus aparelhos, precisei ligar na recepção fui informada que EU deveria descer pra resolver o problema. óbvio que não...

"É um bom hotel, só achei ruim o estacionamento ficar em outro terreno. Toda vez que precisa sair ou entrar tem que ir primeiro até a portaria e esperar que um atendente vá até o local para abrir o portão. "

Breakfast was limited but included eggs and a variety of breads and cakes - a very welcome inclusion as there are very few other options in the area. I was able to get early breakfast on my departure morning which was greatly appreciated. "I liked everything, the stuff very helpful. The amenities more than I expected. very good location, same place of the mall location where you have everything to eat, shop and entertainment. Easy access to the airport and downtown. "
