"Had stayed in this hotel twice. Each visit was pleasant. Friendly staff, Linda. She accommodating & welcomes us with a smile and professionalism. Will return again when I go visit my son. Being close to Costco is a plus. Thank you. "

AI was not programmed to help. 50 minute check-in was not appreciated. Resolved by requesting a refund which was performed timely."
