"There's mistake in the room description where I stayed. It says "city view" but the room doesn't have windows. The staff was responsive when the codes to unlock the doors didn't work, they fixed the situation right away."

"Everything was pretty okay except for the noise. Crazy loud road noise"

"Muy buena ubicación, fácil check in"

"Check in was super easy, staff were lovely and the place was spotless!"
