"The hotel is well-located near the points of interest in Cuenca. The staff is friendly and professional. The room is spacious and spotless. It is recommended for a few days’ stay in the city to relax, and the breakfast buffet offers many delicious options."

"Nice hotel, a little far from the city center. The room was great but without ac, we had to sleep the window opened. Breakfast offers a large choice of sweet and salted food,"

"Close to national park"

"Friendly staff. I had been traveling for three days with no sleep and they gave me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned the room daily and made my stay a pleasant one. This was the second time I have stayed at this Hotel during my Cuenca visits."

Cero servicio. Una de ella fue mas servicial."

"It was the worst night of my life There was a lot of noise during the whole night I was not able to get any sleep I was about to leave the hotel at 3am but they were not willing to give me my money back so I stayed that night The worst part was that when I complained multiple times about the situation they did not do anything about it"

"It was great"

"A/N"
