"Pros:
- receptionist was great
- very fast check in
Cons:
- For a “hotel” I expect having basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste.
- the room was clean for the most part. The bathroom had a foul, mildew smell and was greasy. Which felt very unhygienic for a 4-star establishment"

"The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful.
I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked.
After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room.
The property itself is great, the parking is non existent."

"We were a little worried when we arrived and the hallways were quite dirty and smelled like mould, but the room itself was in somewhat better shape. It has had some Renos but needs more. It was alright for a short stay but I wouldn’t want to stay here long as it didn’t feel very secure. The bolt on our door was broken and there were chips where someone had tried to break in at one point. That was a worry. The shower/bathroom was newish and reasonably clean. The kitchen was clean also. There were...

"We rented a superior apartment which was plenty for our family of 3. As it was an adjoining room on the main apartment, we had separate bedrooms (1 king and 1 with twin beds), a fully functioning kitchen and a kitchenette in the twin room. Also 2 bathrooms with showers and a washing machine and dryer. It was very clean, easy to access and so close to lots of amenities including a cinema, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. We didn’t notice the noise from the street from our apartment. Check out...

"Overall the room was tidy and presentable. Some minor concerns include the trash cans were in need of replacing .. one of them had a broken lid when operating.
There was very little to no hand wash over the vanity and the box of tissues was nearly empty.
The grout in the tiles and seal in the shower need a thorough scrub with ‘ exit mould’. Not appealing to look at.
Once you get the hang of the carpark and its location ( not attracted to the accomodation)…. it is fine. Only a few spaces … so...
