"Nice room and nice view. Beach across the street and a pool/spa. They offer an option to request what you need which worked for us. In room coffee wasn’t the best, but there was a coffee place just down the street. Staff was professional, but not friendly. Can’t say this was my favorite place, but very nice"
"Wonderful resort with access to a small private beach and nice balconies with view and lovely flowers. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and we received cold water in the frig as well as microwave popcorn. We enjoyed both. Nice breakfast choices but simple mostly, hard boiled eggs, Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches, yogurt, bagels, muffins,, cereals and juices.coffee available most of the day in lobby and free wine in early evening. "Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water.
The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...
"Check-in was quick and easy. I was also allowed to check in early. Parking was close. Owners and staff were very nice! The pool and hot tub shut down at 10 pm and unfortunately so does the fire pit. So, if you're looking for very quite after 10, this is your place! Also, there are only steps to get down to the bottom level of the building, so if you have a suitcase, be prepared to pull it up the grassy hill. Only a 3-4 minute drive to downtown Sister Bay. Overall, nice place! "
