"The parking was free and located right by the resort and spa areas. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, the pillows were rather hard, though. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, as American guests might desire. There was a hot water boiler, two cups and one spoon, 2 bottles of still water, tea bags and instant coffee singles, and milk singles (during our visit to the area we could not find any coffee creamer in liquid or powdered form anywhere). "Room was clean and well stocked with instant coffee, tea and cookies. Bathroom was on the small size, but doable."

"Check in was very efficient. The electronic cards to our rooms were already prepared and waiting for us. Although not new, the property was well maintained and everything worked well. Lee was the receptionist, bartender and waitress and did an outstanding job. Our dinners in the restaurant on site were all very good. Breakfast was made to order and was also excellent. "

"The welcome to the hotel was very warm, all staff were very helpful. The hotel room was very large, bed comfortable but would recommend a mattress topper to have just a bit more softness. Slippers and housecoat available for sauna. "

"Very nice hotel. Comfortable with lovely staff. Receptionist exceptionally nice. Bedrooms are lovely amd comfortable and fridge had 2 jugs of filtered water. It was lovely to have enough water and not have to buy plastic bottles. Food was amazing. "
