"Was blown away by the staff at Chatrium. I arrived after a tough travel day by Kamon. She was wonderfully pleasant and kind. I was nicely given a room upgrade and staff brought bags to my room. Throughout the next few nights, staff provided turndown service, room cleaning, help from concierge, etc. Following a nasty storm and loss of power, Ruiyin went above and beyond to compensate for the rough night as well as allowed for a late check-out after flight issues upon departure. For the price point, I was amazed at the care by the staff. Room was great. Pool is great. Breakfast is fantastic. I will be back."

"The hotel’s complimentary shuttle boat was not only a convenient way to get around, but also one of the highlights of our stay. Our daughter absolutely loved riding it, and it made visiting ICONSIAM quick and easy. The river view from our room was especially stunning at night, with the sparkling city lights and beautifully illuminated boats creating a magical atmosphere. As a family traveling with a young child, we also appreciated being able to relax in our room and enjoy room service while taking in the beautiful view. It made our stay even more memorable."

"The room we stayed in was truly lovely, the view outside our windows was amazing and we spent many evenings looking out over the city. The hotel itself was very modern and stylish. The pool was very nice to sit in and had great views of the surrounding skyscrapers. We also greatly enjoyed the toilet, as it had many different features. This was available in our room and the sauna. We did have to get a taxi to every sightseeing site, or walk for over an hour so this was slightly annoying due to the heavy traffic in Bangkok. Overall we did really enjoy this hotel and the facilities."
