"The suite itself is excellent: 10/10! The hotel needs a SIGN with the name at the entrance of the building and even on the street. Finding out where/which the place was became a bit of a nightmare. "Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in....

"Customer service great Coffee & lemonade was amazing Great food The room was not clean at the same level at it was last year and it was a very bad smell coming out from the pipes, pretty bad. I requested to have a different room and they changed it. I booked same hotel for my sister as well. Overall we'll likely recommend, and we'll also be back."
