The staff went above and beyond to ensure they exceeded our every expectation! Accommodated us arriving early, called us taxis, called and made us reservations for meals and wine tastings. "What a wonderful stay we had! Sad that we didn’t spend more time as really was a quick stop! I rung ahead and explained we were going to be a little late for check in (we were driving back to the UK from Spain) they couldn’t have been more helpful! Lovely people, the most beautiful room (almost like a small apartment!) We had the family room which had 2 double beds and a single - for our family of 5 it was perfect! No doubt I would stay here again! Highly recommend!"

"There are always a few small things (our cold tap barely worked) but overall, this hotel was brilliant. Staff were friendly, spa was really well appointed and treatments were both very good and reasonably priced. Its location right on the river and in the heart of a tiny but bustling little village is idyllic. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, all the necessary accessories. Highly recommended "
