Séjour fantastique, très bonne organisation sur tout le site, un personnel très agréable, attentif et courtois. Seul bémol, la propreté du logement qui laisse à désirer ( toiles d'araignées et araignées...), terrasse très sale notamment. un effort serait bienvenu sur ce dernier point. Nous reviendrons!

Beau parc dans une foret de pins !

Beau parc de loisir très calme et bien intégré dans une forêt de pins. Les cottages sont confortables, ils disposent de tout ce qu’il faut, sauf la clim. Comme tous les CenterParc, c’est un paradis pour les enfants. Le nom du parc n’est pas usurpé, des daims en liberté parcourent les espaces entre les cottages en broutant. Craintifs, ils ne se laissent pas approcher à moins de trois mètres. Les cottages sont des cubes accolés les uns aux autres, et ne sont pas très beaux. Ils sont trop visibles quand on se promène et devraient être masqués par des végétaux comme dans d’autres CenterParc ! L’aqua Dome est plutôt petit pour un si grand domaine. Il fait trop froid dans le bar ! La connection WiFi est capricieuse et on finit par faire du partage de connection 4G. Le son de la télé est désynchronisé de l’image, et il y a de temps en temps des coupures d’image. Deux points difficilement acceptable au prix des séjours !

Globalement satisfaisant

Il y a presque un an que nous voulions venir, mais vos conditions de réservation sont TRES DURES et RESTRICTIVES en imposant 3 NUITS du vendredi au lundi dans les périodes "de beau temps" ! En étant en activité il était impossible de prendre et le vendredi ET le lundi. A défaut, nous avons opté pour cette période de février, fraîche, très humide qui n'a pas permis d'apprécier votre complexe à sa juste valeur. Nous sommes déçus à ce niveau. Beaucoup trop de monde sous le dôme d'où beaucoup trop de bruits et de cris. Activités aquatiques agréables mais la rivière sauvage semble à risques avec la grande affluence. Nous avons apprécié le fait de ne libérer le pavillon dimanche qu'à 19h au lieu de 10h. Sinon la journée aurait été nulle (obligation de se lever tôt, de ranger le pavillon et toutes nos affaires dans les voitures, d'où difficultés pour se changer,...).
