"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. J y suis aller après ma séance de chimio pour me reposer mais j ai ressentie que je n était pas au bon endroit les clients avaient l air d être plus ou moins des habitués et je me suis sentie très a part.
