"We had a very nice stay at Agriturismo Torre Flavia. The room was great and perfectly clean. The hosts were also very nice! A nice and quiet place to stay while visiting the - sometimes - chaotic Rome!"

"Beautiful fairy tale place 😍"

"Room was ok and spacious. Bathroom in a very bad state. Toilet tank leaking on top of you. Mold and rusty equipment. Breakfast was basic, but coffee very good. Girl at reception/breakfast did a very good job. Worst part was the transfer arrangement: transfer from airport to hotel wasn’t arranged at all. Transfer from hotel to cruiseport was changed. First they asked if the change was ok. When we told them we didn’t agree with the change they told us to find an other transfer ourself! This all a...

"We loved our stay. We had dinner there and they had the most amazing gluten free food. It was an excellent dinner. We loved breakfast. The area was beautiful and unique. We loved everything!"

"Perfect for our family, so close to cruise ships, loved the little market and cafe right below our room , Francesca our host was so accommodating and sweet and so helpful with everything, will always remember her ❤️"

"Very nice property. Staff excellent"

"For the price the hotel did exactly what it needed to do - allow us to sleep before our flight home in a cute town. Not amazing by any means - just okay. Location is excellent. The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. The hotel is a bit of a time capsule with a mixed smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance in the hall. Thankfully it was a cool night with no AC. You could also hear people outside and threw the walls...

"Very nice hotel. Roberto and his wife are very gracious hosts. They go out of their way to help you. They set up shuttle service for us and other guests to go to cruise port. Very nice restaurant was suggested by Roberto. Food and prices were great as well restaurant staff. The name of restaurant was Rotunda by the sea shore. We arrived by train to Santa Marinella station. I would suggest to have transportation set up before arrival. Taxi and Uber services very sparse. Or call or message hotel...

"We absolutely enjoyed this property"

"Bed was comfy. The only down fall was the night before we got stranded at the train station and found another couple staying at the hotel as well and same thing happened. The girl that was working that night was not helpful until I stayed on the phone with her for 20 mins trying to get her to call a taxi. Ubers kept cancelling on us"

"Great place and awesome receptionist Cloe! She is the best!! Thank you"

"Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Only negative, was the bed. Too soft and too small also safe did not work although staff tried to get it working. Valentina was very helpful and pleasant for everything."

"The owner went above and beyond to help us. Very nice people. The room was clean and air conditioning. The breakfast was a good variety and delicious."

"The staff was lovely. Good value, included typical breakfast. Unfortunately only stayed one night, arrived late, left early so can't comment much on area. But we enjoyed a good pizza close by. The room was a little tired. Could use a bathroom reno and new mattress. But was spacious, clean and inexpensive. Important note...the property appears close to FCO - and it is. But you need to circle around the airport to get there. Easily accessible by bus, but the ride takes way longer than expected...

"Camera pulita, personale gentile, colazione ottima"

"Dinner was excellent. Only problem was lack of WiFi in guest rooms."

"The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the view from our room was nice."
