"We checked in and there was clothes from the previous person or persons left behind the fridge in the room. We could not check into the room as the front desk person made a mistake and blames it on Expedia. The manger had to correct the mistake. There was other people staying in rooms next to us and they were smoking right outside their door and it was coming into our room through the window. We had mentioned this to the manager in training. All she did was laugh about it. Parts of the breakfast...

"Very good price on Expedia. Modern, updated decor. Get a roomm facing the interior pool. Delightful plants around the pool. Staff was great. Italian restaurant next door was good. Wish there were more of these in other cities!"

"Lovely place to stay in Lethbridge, price was right, room is spacious and clean, pool and breakfast was amazing. everything was amazing and would 100% recommend but only negative is we were placed in a room that the window was looking directly into the concrete structure that is the roof of the main entrance and that wasn't pleasing but otherwise amazing."

"Arrived before 4pm, and were able to check in early. The room was quiet, large and the bed very comfortable. Very good value for money including a substantial breakfast."

"Had a late check in the older gentleman was very nice. Our room was on the 8th floor and it was super quiet for our stay the beds were comfortable. The only thing was our tub didnt have a tub plug, but made one with a face cloth which did the trick for the 1 night! Tv was nice and big and had decent cable channels. Would stay again."
