"The place is breath taking! Views and beach are outstanding! Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. Food / Restaurants outstanding. They accommodate you with 24 hr valet service for a bit of a fee $45 but courteous, convenient and helpful. Parking outside of valet is limited and metered. A lil snag with promise of room service but unable to provide it at the time we were there. However they did accommodate us in other ways with crediting our resort fee so that helps and the walk to the Restaurants are very easy. It's in the heart of the lil towne of Laguna with 100's of cute lil shops bars Restaurants art galleries and more all in walking distance if you can handle some hills. A very lively towne. Turns out and so sad and happy to say Pacific Edge Hotel by far my favorite place to stay now. Best view I've ever had in the Reef tower. Unfortunately we caught the last week there they'll be closing down to renovate a 2 yr project I definitely plan to visit when they're back. And can't wait to see it then. Thank you for a great Anniversary!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Arabella Laguna. We received an early check in which was so appreciated. Some items to note. There are steep stairs to most units so make sure and ask for a lower one if that is an issue. The courtyard is lovely and we had breakfast there every morning. Instacart delivered the items within one hour of checking in. And there is a Pavillions 1 block away. There is no ice, but small fridges kept things cold. There is a wall air conditioner in only one of the rooms so on the hot days it worked extra hard and could not really cool more than the master bedroom. The other two rooms were cooled with ceiling fans. There is road noise, so bring earplugs if that bothers you. We loved the location a short walk to beach, coffee, shops and had a fun meal at Royal Hawaiian. Connie was very responsive when the tree trimmers used our parking spots and they moved quickly. The beds were comfortable and the unit charming."

"Lovely old hotel! We appreciated its history and old architectural details. The staff was warm, friendly and responsive. If you must have modern and all the conveniences, it might not be for you, but if you want an attractive and clean place to stay with lots of atmosphere, you will want to give Casa del Camino a try."

"The beds were comfortable and parking is good. The shower door was broken and wouldn’t close. Their website photo frames just the ocean above the roofs of houses across the alley. There was constructing on at the house near our room so it was loud and ugly."

"Came for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We were greeting by friendly valet and front desk people. They even offered welcome champagne. We got there early so we had to wait for a room, but it was worth it since we got upgraded to a different room. The views here are worth it. You have access to a pool but we went down to the beach instead. We enjoyed drinks in their lobby area that even had someone playing live music. We dined inside our room for dinner since our view was perfect. Everywhere we went the staff greeted us with smiles and were so nice. Honestly, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had. We're definitely coming back."
