"Laguna Beach was the first stop on our road trip. The Tidelands property was quaint and very clean. We had a room on the second floor that was very private and spacious. Two extra-long full beds that were very comfortable. It was very walkable to the beach and to the downtown district. Self-parking is included, which is always nice. We loved our stay there and would do it again without question. Hands down a five-star experience with this great property."

"The stay at Pacific Edge was horrible! The place is dilapidated and worn down. The stairs were shaky and the pool area had a gas leak smell that made my daughter and wife sick. To top it off, we paid $75 a night for valet parking and when I forgot to give them the keys, they literally boxed my car in with 3 other cars so I could not move it in the event of an emergency.
