"Management friendly an helpful, property very clean. However, 1) TV not working properly but had management come over and fix it right away, 2) sink and bathtub stopped up, 3) toilet seat loose, 4) pool and spa under "construction" (looked filthy so doubt if anyone will fix that anytime soon, ergo, that should be a message to the customer before booking), 4) very mediocre breakfast serving, no "real" food: no fruit, real eggs, no fresh pastry, which is IMO an insult to the customer. Even the...

"The room has not been updated, The bath tub was peeling, The chaise lounge had a hole in it. The refer was dented, The HVAC rattled and made noise. The carpeting was filthy. Sounded like the people above me were playing hocky. I left at 4:00 AM because of all these factors, I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN."

"They mention no smoking and that was the first smell of marijuana, There was a leak of water, Mold at the bathtub, wall paint wall falling, lamp broken there was two and one missing, curtains ripped, graffiti in the room and the restroom, lock from main door broken, very dirty. Dissapointed because the photos on website has NOTHING alike in person, I have a video as proof"

"Did not stay, floors were sticky and smell was unbearable. Advertised as one king and sofa bed ( no sofa bed ). Holes in walls and door and ac wall unit did not work well. Stayed 5min and left, booked another hotel with Expedia for the last time, thanks for no refund, I’ll take my business else where👋"

"Homewood Suites (HS) is our go to place for lodging. We enjoy using the BBQ on the common patio area, the hot breakfast, the blackout curtains in the room and walks in the safe, neighboring area (which is primarily office complexes and is quiet on the weekends). They also have a fitness room and a laundry room, which we did not use on this trip. One downside is that they charge guests a $10 fee to park in their parking lot (given the base price of the room, this should be included). ...

"Clean room, wonderful staff and good breakfast"

"Staff great"

"Great property, location, amenities, staff & shopping! Onsite restaurant is trendy with yummy food & a fun bar!"

"The rooms were so clean the beds were comfortable we had a great night"

"1) There is something I could not clean on the granite countertop to the left of the stove.; 2) All 3 of the shower amenities need to be filled. There was enough body wash but the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Other than the issues above our stay was excellent. But maybe, since it’s getting colder maybe the continental breakfast could include packets of hot chocolate, packets of hot apple cider. That sort of thing. I am allergic to coffee so it would have been nice to have a hot beverage...

"Excellently appointed room. Met all of my expectations and more. Clean and the bathroom was designed properly. Great shower with shelf to shave your legs. Nice fog-proof lighted mirror. Bed was comfy. Closet with full-length mirror for dressing. And the staff were more than accommodating. Indie was super helpful in responding to an item I thought I'd left in the room after checkout. I would definitely stay at this motel again."
