There was no attendant at the front desk when we arrived. We had to wait 30 minutes before they came back from their lunch break. The common areas of the hotel are in rundown condition. My room was in great condition but so cold that we had to be provided with a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Loved it!

I was very impressed with this Ramada and it was very clean and everyone was very friendly. They had a free breakfast, which was amazing and I would definitely stay there again.

Needs updating

The prpperty was beat up. Theres lots of rift raft there. Didnt feel safe. Appeared to have drug activity. It was the only avail horel near by. Everything booked. I was with my grandkids and didnt feel safe. I wouldn't go back.

Disappointing, expected more from Ramada.

Disappointing. The bathroom floor, tub and tile looked dirty so we didn’t even use the tub to take a shower. To be fair, the bed and linens were fine.

Not quite what was expected.

The initial gal that checked me in was very nice, friendly and helpful. The one that was there later in the evening, not so much. Very dismissive and acted like anyone that asked her anything was an imposition on her time on her cell phone. The room... no cups, no shampoo... little things but kinda made a big difference. The bed was quite comfy. No A/C ?!?!?!?! The fan was super loud, and it barely cooled the room down to a bearable temp. Why no A/C ?? The fan in the bathroom did not work. The intake and outvent were caked with dust like they hadn't been cleaned in years. I get that this isn't a 5 star hotel, but it really was well below what I expected.

Kind of a musty smell to the place. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was pretty good, clean and the sitting area is nice. The bed was nice and firm. But it's got that "old building" smell. My guess is that it's the carpets, they really should just replace all of them and do a deep clean while they're at it.

The room was nice. Better than expected. A good value if you are travelling through and want easy access to the interstate. Was unhappy that they asked for a $100 deposit from all guests (I assume I didn't look unsavory?). This was not disclosed when I made and prepaid the reservation. If they disclosed, they'd lose business. It leaves one in a 'my way or the highwat' position. Apparently they've had problems. That also made me uneasy, but gave them my corportae Amex card. I gave 3 Stars, but would have made it 4 Stars without the deposit nonsense. The people running the motel are trying to have a nice place and generally speaking, they have succeeded.

I wish them well but it's an older property that needs a lot of refurbishment. The pool was drained, the breakfast area not comfortable, bathroom outdated and no bathmat nor shower mat, making it a slip hazard.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Not super clean. Given the wrong room. Air wasn’t working through the hotel. The pull out couch was stained and had no sheets. One pleasant staff member was the security guard. Hotel is not in a safe area and unfortunately had guests that also made it feel unsafe.

Stay ok. Breakfast dirty and lazy restock man

We enjoyed our stay. But just the breakfast, the man that was restocking looked as if he was still in his pajamas and just threw things around and seen as if he didn’t want to be there. A lot of housing residents I noticed. Other than the man at the breakfast we enjoyed our stay. Oh! Kids swim all day one day and next day the security guy told us that the pool was closing because lack of towels. Which we didn’t get but continued swimming until we left and was told upon check in pool was closed at 9pm at the time when security told us it was 4 pm in the afternoon. We were done at about 6pm.

We arrived at about 6pm for check-in it was fast because there was no one else there but we were not greeted or told anything about the schedule for breakfast or wfi. The customer service was terrible. I Stayed for there nights the room i got had comfortable beds and the space was ok for the 3 of us. The only thing was that everything there is very old and not too clean, the bathroom shower head didn't really work the carpets are so dirty and the drawers are old. The AC worked fine but i did hear other customers complaining about their AC not working. The breakfast was decent Bagels , Croissants, make your own waffle, coffee, orange juice, muffins and some apples. Overall it is worth what I payed for it. We were there on vacation so basically just slep there we were out all day one thing i can say is that it was quiet enough to be able to sleep. I think they just need better maintenance.

The first room smell like someone was smoking inside a no smoking room, I was ready to check out, the 2nd room was a good size and Comfortable but I had to ask to get the bed changed for 7 day they change sheets only 3 time want be back.
