"Nice place smelt a little musty but bed was really comfortable and staff top notch!"

"Since I arrived after midnight, I had to park around the side of the building. But it was well lit and a real person was at the front desk. The room was a nice size with a refrigerator & microwave and the bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was a bit disappointing. While the attendant was very friendly and sympathetic that no ketchup was available, she wasn’t around when I discovered the OJ was only water and the big coffee dispenser was empty. Back to my room to use the one-cupper there ( which tasted good). For the mattress alone, I’d stay there again "

"Unfortunately this hotel was just not up to my standards. There were stains on various items such as the sheets and curtains, the smell throughout the lobby to the elevators and the hallways was unpleasant, my requests weren’t met (asked for a do not disturb sign and didn’t receive one, declined room service and cleaning staff still came into the room and tidied up). The cleaning job was not up to par from the start (grime and dirt throughout the bathroom). The staff we encountered were friendly which was a plus! Overall I would not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money for a more comfortable and cleaner experience. "

"Front desk lady ( Mexican,Latino, Spanish) was very rude!!! Property is dirty and unkempt. Room was run down, floors and carpet needs to be replaced. Toilet paper was cheap, had to use a whole roll in one day and when you asked for more toilet paper, staff act like they didn’t want to give you any. Pool conditions were terrible as well, hot tub looked like it was used as a toilet. During checkout, same front desk lady was rude and displayed terrible customer service. "

"The hotel room was clean. The beds were very comfortable for not being my own. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We checked in late. Then we left very early. The signage getting to the hotel was easy to follow. The signs to get back to the airport wasn’t so clear. We got turned around and used a different set of elevators. They took us out on a different level. Luckily someone was doing maintenance on the grounds and pointed us the right way."
