"När vi kom till boendet möttes vi av en lapp om att incheckningen flyttas fram från kl.12 till 16. Svårt att bedriva tid på orten i värsta sommarvärmen. Dock väl fungerande AC när vi väl kom in."

"Een hotel waar je ‘thuiskomt’. Personeel/eigenaren heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gericht op de persoon. "

"Good location. 10 minutes walk to the centre. Easy check-in. Shortly after moving into our room, the concierge offered us a more suitable room, (my partner has mobility issues). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the whole place could do with a bit of tlc. There is paid parking across the road at the station."

"Prima kamer in de buurt van het centrum van Roosendaal. Heel vriendelijk personeel"

"It was our second time staying here. Our first visit was in the main building, this visit was in an adjoining building. We love the history of this place. The room we had was very roomy, the bed was comfortable and the building itself was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful. I love staying here!"

"I cancelled the stay but they still charged me."

"Rude staff at the reception and check out. Could do with focusing on customer service."

"Matig kleine kamer voor"

"The entire facility is top notch. Wonderful decor with everything being well maintained. The restaurant provides an excellent dining experience. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer."

"Staff was friendly. The place was really cute. It was hard to maintain the air temperature in our rooms but that was the only minor issue we had. The location was perfect as it was walkable."

"Prima, in- en uitchecken duurt lang"

"The hotel is undergoing renovations, which were not stated prior to arrival. The room I was assigned was tatty and needing updating, and was not to the usual standard of room I have stayed in previously at this hotel. The renovations are bothersome, with the corridors covered in plastic sheeting including debris, and noise from the building works."

"We booked the Junior Suite especially for the bath. The room had a funny smell and after we used the bath the floor drain didn’t work properly and the water ran back into the room. We informed the staff and they cleaned up the water and did something to make the smell disappear. Handy location and a pleasant place to stay."

"Schone kamer Vriendelijk personeel Goed ontbijt Organisatie restaurant slecht, lang wachten op eten en de helft lauw."

"Alles war sauber, ordentlich und das Personal war sehr hilfreich."
