Nice place to stay for a short break

The staff were all very friendly. Lot's of choice for the buffet breakfast. The room was clean, the only criticism is lack of electrical sockets, there was only spare one and that was on the opposite side of the room to the beds. The beds are a small single. Parking is available but if you arrive mid-late evening it maybe full, there is on street parking though.

Parking is very limited. Hotel is mostly used by people who work during the day and stay over with their big work trucks, taking up most of the very limited parking. Staff not friendly; breakfast is ok. Noisy place with doors slamming. Will never stay here again.

The reception area was clean and welcoming and the reception staff were efficient. The room was comfortable especially the king size bed. However the lighting in the rooms was bot sufficient and we found it dark. The room was only serviced in the three nights we stayed which was a bit disappointing

Excellent for the price

Staff 10/10 TV stations met English news. Food great! Only annoyance was the lack of. Steam iron/ board in the room. Had to ask reception

At check-in I got a "used" room which was not cleaned. It was fixed, another room was arranged and an excuse bottle of wine was brought to the room. Problem solved well, but this can be avoided by just checking.

Pre paid the room, it was used by another guest couple hours before and it was not refreshed (the bed). Had to change my own sheets with the guard (he was nice by the way). Dramatic hotel.

Worst hambuger ever eat at restaurant, bread dried, salad more than died and the meat inside look at all you want but not meat ... french fries overcook ... Breakfast pathetic and lift out of order when I need check out early morning from the 5th floor :-(

The bathroom door is translucent so you can see everything that the person inside is doing - no privacy at all! This is the same at every Bastion Hotel. There was a nespresso machine but only 2 capsules provided. Room was quite dark. Car park very full at night and cars were causing obstruction. But for 1 night and the price we paid, it was just about ok.

The worst I have experienced

I would not stay in that hotel even for free. The bed is baby size, the room cold, dark, rundown and not suitable for a hotel. I felt that I was cheated of money as the hotel room looks nothing like what has been advertised. Actually, I will not use Hotel.com again because of that.
