"I been traveling across Israel with my family and stayed in many hotel and this hotel is by far taking the crown in regards to customer service. The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests. We had some issues with the sleeping arrangements and he solved it in seconds. The staff at the hotel is helpful and accommodating except the service in the lobby which is lazy and unaccommodating. It's almost feels like a different section that...

My notes: Polite and helpful employees, Good room, Was comfortable with the aircon, Enjoyed the swimming pool, (got lucky it was the Tuesday with night swimming). good and early breakfast that is suitable to start the day early in the hot summer. Only inconvenience was stairs between the elevator to the room. (There are rooms in the half without the stairs, and I didn't check if there was another elevator)"

"The staff were excellent! The room was very clean. There was lots of light coming through the window. The view was nice as well. There is a nice pool, sauna, and gym in the hotel. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is walking distance to a mall, shopping center, restaurants, grocery stores, a vegetable market, and the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Khalil and his wife were great hosts and made me feel super comfortable from the moment I arrived until I left. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable - I stayed in the Rachel room (ironic bc I used to have a crush Ina girl named Rachel). Anyhow, the breakfast was very good and the experience a unique one for sure. "
