"Very nice, staff was friendly and helpful. The room for families was really fun and the kids loved the two levels. Perfect location too. Just the pool area - the smell was so intense and chemically (the whole floor level), I couldn’t spent much time down there. Aside from that, everything was great!"

"Everything was fantastic
In the junior suite might want to upgrade the pillows they were rather useless
Broken down inside!
A suggestion for wash cloths made available we asked, got them but maid didnot replenish each day. Great recommendations from her for tours.
Laur from guest relations was perfection. Great location so close to trains and old town."

"Beautiful room and just beautiful interior in general. Lots of space in the room, and the AC was such a bonus, especially since it was so hot when we were there. Staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicous and decent variety. Limited options if you have dairy or gluten allergy tho.
Note if you have trouble with stairs ask ahead if you can get a room with fewer stairs to do, as that is the only way up to the rooms."
