Small hotel, easy check-in, very well located, clean, helpful staff. The only problem, which is independent of the hotel, is the noise from the street cleaning machines, which start at 6am.

No parking in the hotel but the city parking was less than 200 meters away and reasonably priced. The hotel is centrally located to the main iconic sites and shopping area. The staff during our visit spoke English, very friendly and accomodating. The room size was suprisingly larger than we had expected and amazingly clean. There were no disturbing noice so we slept well.

Außergewöhnlich positive Erfahrung!

Marion am Empfang ist der Hammer! - Super klasse!!! Aber auch die anderen!!! Ich habe selten solch wundervolle Erfahrungen mit einem So zuvorkommende und menschlichen Hotelpersonal gemacht! Ich habe einen wichtigen Laptop vergessen! Ich wurde umgehend informiert und man hat sich engagiert darum gekümmert. Das Hotel selbst ist super zentral! Gelegen - sauber gelegen - man kommt überall fussläufig hin. Parkplätze gibt es auch ausreichend in der Nähe! Alles in allem eine überraschend und überaus positive Erfahrung. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Kokte nordlendinger.

Veldig sentral og fin beliggenhet, rommet var rent og pent. Kanskje litt smått til 2 personer med bagasje. God service fra skranken. Men, da vi sjekket inn fikk vi beskjed om at AC var ødelagt og de ventet på en liten del. Vi fikk en stor vifte på rommet, som allerede var smått. Da vi kom tilbake etter en bytur på kvelden var det så varmt at vi måtte åpne vindu i tillegg til vifte. Vi hadde ikke sjans å sovne da svetten rant, kl 0230 pakket vi bagasjen og kjørte videre.. noe som var mer behagelig enn å kokes sakte i hjel. Ser dette har vært i ustand lenge nå, det burde fikses! Men nydelig og koselig by!

Tolles Hotel für Stadtbesichtigung

Ein sehr schönes, neu renoviertes Hotel. Lage ist fantastisch. Fußgängerweg der Altstadt, Haltestelle der kostenlosen Citybus gleich gegenüber, Strassenbahnhaltestelle paar Meter entfernt, und 50 Meter weiter ist das Parkhaus Darcy Liberté (mit genügend Aufladestationen für Elektroautos). Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Frühstück ist auch gut. Für mich ausrreichend, für Gäste die nach warmen Essen wie Rühreier etc wünschen , dann nicht zu empfehlen. Die Renovierung in einigen Stockwerken sind noch in Arbeit, aber man kommt mit damit gut zurecht.

Удобный для размещения отель,добродушный персонал

Отель в самом центре города и недалеко от вокзала. Уютненькие, но небольшие номера. В прихожей даже нет шкафа для одежды. Есть всё для чаепития в номере, вот только казус - за трое суток, что мы там жили, нам ничего не подкладывали: как лежали 2 пакетика чёрного чая, 2 пакетика мяты и 2 пакетика растворимого кофе с 4 пакетиками сахара, так их никто и не пополнил, хотя в первый же вечер мы их убавили на 2 чашки. Сантехника в ванной старая, переключатель душа почти не работал, напор воды в кране нормальный, а при переключении на душ вода еле текла. В ванной не было даже тряпочной шторки, поэтому после душа весь пол в воде. Правда, полотенца меняли каждый день, так что можно было всё вытереть ножным полотенцем. В телевизоре российских каналов не было вовсе. Сейф в номере есть, но холодильника не имеется. Персонал в отеле очень любезный, уважительный.К уборке номера претензий не было никаких. Большой плюс - это ресторан при отеле. Он носит отдельное название и имеет вход прямо с улицы, а поскольку находится на центральной площади города, то народ с удовольствием в него заходит. Там угощают традиционными бургундскими блюдами, есть в том числе и дегустационное меню (улитки, петух в красном виде, бургундская говядина и т.п.). Готовят вкусно, порции большие, персонал очень любезный. Завтраки в гостинице мы не брали, поскольку в городе рядом множество кафешек, патессерий и кафетериев. Но ужинали в своём ресторане и были довольны. В целом отель вполне неплохой для 3*. Нам понравилось.

Hôtel bien situé proche de la gare en bordure du centre historique, néanmoins très calme. Chambre prorpe et confortable. Très bon restaurant au rez-de-chaussée. Je reviendrais avec plaisir
