"The warmth of the welcome was amazing. 2 smiling faces welcoming us was great. Communication prior to the arrival was clear and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, homemade pastry and fresh delicious coffee. It was sheer delight."

"We loved our stay here. Highly recommend!! We wish we stayed longer. This is a fabulous location. Dijon is also amazing."

"Zénao offre des appartements dans des résidences pour personnes âgées. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver Zénao, c'est indiqué sur une petite feuille A4 collée en bas à droite de l'affiche de la résidence pour personnes âgées. "A small hotel, well situated in Dijon with an amazingly helpful staff. The 15th century cave under the hotel offers a great 1 hour wine tasting. The breakfast is complete. We would stay here again!"

"All the staff are incredibly kind, motivated, and helpful. The room is very neat and clean. Breakfast is nice, although I would also appreciate a vegetable or something. Location is perfect, just between the station and the city center. I would definitely come back when I return to Dijon!"

"Fantastic restaurant! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! Spacious well-equipped room with very comfortable bed! Central location conveniently close to the train station and tourist sites. Highly recommended!"

"A good place to stay for a short-term. Bed was comfortable, a little on the firm side. Shared washroom was always clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas with clean as well lots of room if you want to work or just relax. Conveniently located near Historical Area and less than a 15 minute walk to the train station or hop on the streetcar which was less than 5 minutes walk."

"sniadanie ponizej krytyki, jajecznica z proszku niejadalna !!!! jajka gotowane wyjete prosto z lodowki MASAKRA !!!!!!!"

"Location facile d acces pour visiter Dijon et sa region. Perxonnel tres serviable et attentif aux besoins."

"The room had a fun and unique look. The hallway carpet looks shabby because of staining. In our numerous stays throughout France we were treated very welcoming way as Americans, at this hotel was the first time I noticed any difference in our treatment by the front desk staff."

"The room was clean and very quiet. Breakfast included and was adequate. There is a bar but no restaurant. However nearby eateries offered a discount"

"If we had better planned our departure date we would not have to stay an additional day at the property. But we messed up and the staff was gracious and efficient with extending our stay one more night. And matched the Expedia $$. What more can you ask??"

"แวะพักระหว่างทาง ที่จอดรถคือริมถนนแถวหน้าโรงแรม ห้องพักชั่นล่างห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยดีน้ำไม่ระบาย อย่างอื่นก็ดี"

"Hotel perfeito"

"Good basic clean accommodation and efficient and friendly staff."
