"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. Location was suitable for me as I was staying near to my sons hostel and that is the reason I booked the property.
Dislike:
During my 3 days stay there was no House keeping. They barely have any staff doing such service. Bedsheets never changed, Coffee etc never replenished, Toiletries including towels never changed.
All in all there was no service in the hotel other than handing over room keys. "

"I book this venue a few months ago for as i was in Manchester for a wedding of a close freind. It was the perfect place with great facilities having acess to the pool gym and spa facilities was a extra bonus. The rool was spacious clean and the bed was comforatable. Breackfast was also of good quality. With plenty of options including cooked and continental. All the saff i delt with were excellent would definitely be returning on my next visit."
