"Superb experience from start to finish. The room was on the small side but the breakfast and use of the amazing facilities more than made up for this. Staff were well presented and friendly on arrival and very helpful throughout the stay. I don’t normally do reviews but this place warrants a shout out for completely surpassing all of my expectations. I hope I have a reason to return to Manchester so that I can go back! "

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Be mindful that you'll need a shuttle bus or a taxi from the airport as I assumed that I could walk it. I was lucky to come across a shuttle bus going directly to it.
Lovely hotel though. The staff are great and the rooms are clean and spacious. "
