"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. "Great stay at the Yarrow. The reception staff were fabulous. The spa was a lovely relaxing treat after a long walk. Shame the steam room was out of order and we weren’t told. Breakfast also really good and we weren’t hurried out when it finished. Would thoroughly recommend."

"I have stayed here many times. It has always offered good value, decent, no frills accommodation. However, this time, the room really wasn't acceptable. The bathroom basin was badly cracked and the bath plug had been replaced with one that was significantly smaller, meaning that I couldn't fill a bath, as the water ran out as fast as the tap was filling it. I had also asked for a quiet room and was assured that I was away from the road, but the traffic noise kept me awake until the early hours."
