"They won't clean the rooms. I asked to have the room cleaned because we needed it and when we came back at the end of the day it still hadn't been cleaned. It became a big deal to just get some new towels, etc. There was also a pair socks that a previous guest had left in the room, showing their un-attention to detail when they did "clean"."

"The bathrooms are small and we had a issue with the water not draining properly in the tub and the sink and some if the towels were stained. The bedding slid off on of the beds which exposed the mattress cover which was extremely dirty and had a lot of stains. i took pictures and showed them to the front desk as well as informed them about the drainage problem. We were told that they would fix the issue. When we got back to the hotel room we checked and still had the drainage problem and the mattress cover was still dirty although it looks as if someone tried to clean it as the stains where lighter but still there. We called down to the front desk and asked if we could just get a different room and was told the hotel was booked. They then sent someone up to again attempt to fix the issues but there were no bed extra mattress coves to replace the dirty one that was on the bed. After not being able to correct the issues it the room we were in ,somehow they magically had a available room to move us to. The fact that they couldn't even replace a mattress cover was very concerning to me and made me question how sanitary this hotel is and if they even replace the bed covers or just leave them and cover with clean sheets"

"What a great family vacation staff was very accommodating. I got a roll away thank God. It was for a kid because it was pretty saggy, but that’s my only gripe! Bring your own beer also! Lololol… we will definitely go here again!"
