"The room was clean and comfortable. It was advertised as having two pools, an indoor and outdoor; it was in fact one pool half inside and half outside. I’d expect an indoor pool to be heated but it was not. It was cold and noisy."

"First off, the staff were very helpful. Even loaned me a cane while we stayed since I forgot mine at home. Room had everything we needed, great view from the balcony, plenty of space, smelled very clean upon arrival. Both pools were exceptional. Entrance was very inviting."

"Everything was so spread apart that I never even got to see the hot tub cause I was too far from it. The indoor pool was closed and that was not mentioned on the website I live at the lake if I wanted to swim outside, I could’ve went out into my backyard. I was quite looking forward to the indoor pool and the hot tub and relaxation and I did not exactly get what I expected, but I will say that the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful and helped make my stay there more than I could’ve expected it to be and I would definitely go back. Just make sure that you book a room close to a pool."

"The inn was a short distance to the Branson Landing, Top of the Rock, and showboat without fighting all the Branson traffic! Staff was nice and helped us upstairs with our luggage."
