"Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi.
Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. "The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt.
Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst.

"The hotel is new so it is clean and modern. The room was nice. We had the corner room on the 6th floor so there was many windows for light and the veiw. The balcony was big, The hotel is very nice. But the location is very bad. I can see why it was not busy. The main reason people come to the area is for 2 places and those locations are 7.5km away. The buddist temple is another 30 minutes away by taxi. When we checked it would have cost us 277k dong one way.

Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.

"We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night."
"This was an interesting place, the resort is quite remote, has 2 great pools, the gym is good, the room really comfortable and clean but there is almost no English speaking capability (not that this is usually required), the resort has no first aid kit, and payments other than cash become really problematic. Don’t both with the restaurant, you MUST have your own transport to visit here"
