"The hotel was great the problem we had was with EXPEDIA. I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA AGAIN. I was booking 6 rooms for 6 nights. I hit enter without realizing it was a locked in reservation. I immediately contacted them to see if they would drop 6 rooms for 1 night. They would not do it; claiming it was the hotels decision. I contacted the hotel they claimed it was Expedia who has to change the reservation. The Hotel confirmed afterward; Expedia only paid them for 5 nights; they kept the...

"Convenient location, a little noisy for my taste at night, has casino on bottom floor."

"Je vous recommande cette hôtel, tout près de aéroport 5 minutes, Le personnel très accueillant et disponible et le déjeuner était excellent et belle chambre avec espace. Si je reviens au Népal c est sûr que reserve encore cette hôtel. Micheline du Canada ."

"The property is very close to the airport. If you need just a quick night before leaving KTM it is convenient. However, the rooms are old, the sheets weren’t very clean same for the bathrooms. The free shuttle to the airport is also very convenient."

"The rooms need updating. For our stay there were crowded tourist groups in the hotel. They were very loud and unfortunately they pur us at the same floor with them. We were very tired and cannot change the room. Breakfast quite mediocre. The location is far from city center."

"we had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were excellent, welcoming ,helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the food was delicious. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet place and the view was absolutely beautiful which made the stay even more enjoyable . we had a great experience and happy to choose this hotel for our stay."

"Everything about this place is top notch. It’s clean - and I mean clean, clean - , the staff is fantastic, food is great, and the rooms are spacious. Good location, too. We were made feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and they remembered me by name or room number without me having to say anything. Wonderful. Nepal itself is absolutely amazing, too. One of the best trips of our lives. City is super clean; no garbage bags scattered everywhere and no sewage- or garbage-smells. Artisans...

"All good"

"Special mention to Mamata! I recently stayed, and prior to arriving exchanged over 40 emails with Mamata regarding my son's birthday. Mamata always responded straight away and was so helpful. The decorations were very tasteful and beautiful. Upon arrival a few small issues were immediately rectified , (again , by Mamata) ..a real credit to the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and the massages at the Spa were amazing. I loved Kathmandu and shed a tear when leaving. Kathmandu and the...

"The grounds were beautiful though the room is dated. Staff is great. 5 star service. However there is no indoor pool as claimed in property details on Expedia."
