The room quality is not great, however good and in line with local standard. Quality/price is good.
Position is ideal for going out and exploring.
The windows are old some cannot be closed and the noise is quite some in the nighttime. Pigeons are also nesting outside the window, they should be eradicated with proper protection (ie spears for them not to sit)"
"KTM City home has perfect location as it is near the heart of Kathmandu. It is newly built so the facilities are still new and very clean. It has good solar power water heater, and if you want to just relax and feel the breeze, you can go to its wonderful rooftop. The owner and staffs are polite and very friendly. They can also cook delicious local food for dinner. Overall, you will surely enjoy your stay in Kathmandu here."

The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit.
E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight.
The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee.
We definitely recommend this hotel!"
