"Excellent brand new hotel near Durbar Square at a great price in the heart of Thamel. I have been here one week and I love it. Staff are welcoming (I was greeted with a welcome drink) and everyone treats you in a very friendly and helpful manner. They also organized my trip to Pokhara for me. This is my first visit to Nepal and it has been a great introduction to the community. The restaurant has a very large menu with a lot of variety. "The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. The room quality is not great, however good and in line with local standard. Quality/price is good. Position is ideal for going out and exploring. The windows are old some cannot be closed and the noise is quite some in the nighttime. Pigeons are also nesting outside the window, they should be eradicated with proper protection (ie spears for them not to sit)"

"Everything here was exceptional..the staff were so friendly and helpfull especially Sabrina on day reception ..may have here name misspelt..sorry..lovely swimming pool ..only thing I was a bit shocked about was the price of alocolic beverages....I think I paid 7500 nrps for a bottle of wine that I could have purchased in a sop for 2000 nrps and a large beer was 1300 rps my fault I suppose for needing a drink lol"
