"This is a nice hotel in an area that is walking distance (good solid walk but doable) to many of the sites.
The room is decent, staff very very friendly, breakfast is superb. My only issue was the mattress is hard. Maybe that’s normal in Bangladesh, I like a semi soft mattress. I just used Doona as an extra layer.

While Dhanmondi may not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Jatiyo Sangshad Bhaban and Bashundhara City Mall.

Nice crowded city with full of verities restaurants, shopping complexes, newly constructed Metro rail, elevated toll express way. For new commers, it will be great to have local trusted guide to roam around. Safety could be an issue if alone.
