市内観光のためにホテルの方にタクシーをご用意してもらったのですが、色々案内してくれ、また観光地以外のところの説明もしてくれました。 買い物の時も横を歩いてくれて、支払い時はお金の計算を代わりにしてくれ、ぼったくられてないか確認してくれました。 フロントスタッフはみんな、日本語を覚えては、日本語であいさつしてくれました。 ホテルのレストランは衛生的でお料理も美味しかったです。 ホテルに対しては大満足ですが、 エクスペアディアのページについてはすこし残念でした。 所々日本語訳が間違ってるんではないかと思います。

Excellent place

Very good place in quite area but difficult to reach from airport. Nice staff and very helpful. I have been also offered a free drop to airport in a luxury care which was very convenient. Thanks for the hotel team.

One of the best place in Dhaka

Wonderful trip and kind personal @ Hotel. One of the best location in diplomatic silent zone. Managers of hotel is very responsible and helpful. Food is nice and various.

Nice hotel near to the airport

Friendly and ready-to-serve staffs, handsome and clean interior and room, and simple but good breakfast (Eastern/Western buffet served from 7 to 10 am). Being close to the airport but located in quiet area not alongside the main street, the taxi driver had a little difficulty in finding this hotel. The receptionist arranged a sending-off car to the airport next morning for the price of around 1,500 BDT. Recommendable hotel to everybody.

Trying hard, need to fix a few things

1) The hotel is fine except for the fact that there is a square hole to the outside next to the window in the bathroom (in every room, I think), which lets in mosquitoes. 2) It is extremely difficult to move the drapes along their rails, especially considering how high up the rail is. 3) I do not need staff members making wisecracks to one of my friends visiting me at the hotel about how many other friends have visited me at the hotel. I have been to Bangladesh many times, and I do know many people in Dhaka; in fact, I did not have time to meet with most of them, regardless of where. Overall, however, that staff is great and the food is better than average or expected.
