"Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

"Hotel met alles op en aan. Mooi, mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers met groot balkon, mooie wellness, skischool, skiverhuur, skilockers in het complex. Perfecte ligging. Enige klein minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt. Niet zo heel veel keuze en chocolademelk uit automaat en dus met water. En in de wellness waren 's avonds de handdoeken niet meer aangevuld. En de zeep aan de douches ook niet. Dat zijn echt kleine puntjes die ons verblijf niet hebben verstoord. Grote kans dat wij terugkeren!"

"We had the best stay at Le Savoy! The hotel had a very relaxed, fun vibe. I can't say enough about the staff. Top notch! Super helpful and friendly. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated. "Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...
