"Check in was at 4:00 we were unable to check in until 5:15 and our concert started at 6:00. Rude women checking ids into casino. Rude bartenders . "Our room was filthy. There was black mold on the shower walls we needed to wash off before using. The carpet was very stained and the 2 chairs provided in the room were exceptionally stained. The room didn’t look like it was maintained well at all compared to the rest of the hotel."
