"The wall sockets were only half-working...top plug would not keep anything plugged in on two different sockets. A coffee maker was noticeably absent. So were towel racks...the only one was inside the shower. Hotel wasn't as nice as Hotels.com described it. The housekeeping staff I interacted with ..."
