Front desk staff very helpful. Loved the atriu husband is disabled and they have us a room on the first floor, easy to get to. Room was clean and bright. We only wish there had been plug one for heating aid and phones. I will. Stay here again when using the shuttle to the airport.

Everything was perfect with this hotel. Staff was awesome. Super shout out to Mallory for all her help plus the room change. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. Rooms were very nice. Great pool area. Very small issue, but it would be nice if there was more lighting over top of the microwave/ fridge area, and the closet.

The staff were very welcoming and courteous. However, at check in I noticed a propane cylinder being used to heat the space at the reception area. There was another cylinder inside the main entryway. I believe this is a safety violation. Our first room didn’t have wifi so we had to be moved. At night our heating/cooling unit shut off so there was no air circulation. No window to the outside. Carpeting was good..

Very nice check in service. Restaurant and bar were open, understaffed but very nice service, but need serious upgrading. Indoor courtyard is dated but serene. Good staff, rooms were clean and updated.

The air conditioner didn’t work and the room got so hot and dry. It’s 20 degrees outside and the room was so stuffy. 6:30 breakfast is too late when you have to fly out at 7:30. Staff was nice and the shuttle was on time.

What an amazingly positive experience I had at this hotel. First, the young woman who worked the desk for checkin on Nov 17th was kind, helpful, considerate and patient. She smiled! The hotel itself is beautiful! The atrium! Wow! Loved the complimentary, pleasant shuttle to the airport. Loved being able to leave my car at the hotel. The bedding was lovely. A great experience all the way around.

The airport shuttle was fabulous. Picked me up promptly at midnight at Detroit Metro. Parked my car at the hotel while I traveled. Very convenient. The interior of the hotel was once magnificent. Now the plants and foliage are in really neglected condition. Sad. The room was just fine. Nice linens. Comfortable bed.

I would rate it higher but the air conditioning was heat only, the indoor pool was freezing cold, the eggs at breakfast were kinda gross, and the TVs were zoomed in weird. Other than that, everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the shower felt nice, the staff were VERY helpful and so was the airport shuttle, and the location is perfect for the price.

I had a great stay. Airport shuttle pickup, breakfast (eggs, hash browns, sausage, cereals, bagels, waffles, yogurt, juices) there is a restaurant open for dinner, vending machine and snacks in lobby, garden and lots of seating in the middle of the first floor, pool, gym, my room was clean, very comfortable bed and pillow selection. Better than expected for the price! Great deal.

I enjoyed my stay because the staff was so accommodating. The bed was quite comfortable, and it was quiet. But it had some issues, like it needs new carpeting, the door didn't line up. I had to slam it in order to close it. There was some mold in the corner, the lamp stand was shaky. But all around enjoyable!!!

Just a couple negatives…the fridge in room did not work…breakfast was pretty disappointing…but otherwise this was a great find…unique place, very comfortable…free airport shuttle too!

Property is understaffed, floors in rooms were sticky. Front desk staff was great and bartender worked as best as she could being she was the onlly one making drinks, order taking and cooking the food.

We did not want to drive to a restaurant so surprisingly we went to the Palms restaurant and it was super fantastic. The food was great. Our bartender we sat at the bar was great. It was all delicious over the top.
