The check in was quick, but the room was terrible. Check out receptionist seemed annoyed. The lady preparing the breakfast was awesome, she was on top of everything. Most energetic person in the place. The rooms are missing pictures, holes in the wall, shower curtai. ripped, door mirror and bathroom mirror installed crooked. Bedtrim around the mattress had stains. Windows havent been cleaned in years. The room needs a deep clean or the hotel an overhaul. Usually I would have requested another room, but it was late and we were tired. We stayed in other Comfort Inns before - never had a bad experience. I took pictures, but at the check out the lady didnt even ask about our stay.
Lightinq in the bathroom!!! 25 watts of light in a bathroom!!! Extemely irritating. Can't hardly see close up of my face. Maybe poor lighting to hide the dirty bathtub. I reported to desk. They said they would have housekeeoing clean the tub the next day. (They never did, hairs were still there in the tub). And there is no maintenence to check on the lighting. It was not due to a bulb out. Bulb was working, just LOW wattage.
Huge amount of dirt on the window ledge and window tracks. Yes, I looked out my window to see the sky and saw this filth.
Extremely DAMP in the room. Bed linens, my clothes, the carpet were all damp for my two days. The AC unit did not change the humidity. I reported to desk, they nodded. My clothes in my suitcase were still damp when I arrived to my home 12 hours later.
The shuttle to and from the airport was spot on and great. These guys deserve tips!!! Why are people such cheepscapes? You fly around the country, sport NEW stylish suitcases...and you can't affort to give a bus driver even 3 bucks! Shame on you... you shouldn't be traveling if you are that broke.
I paid for a 2 night stay and when I arrive they stated that they no longer had the room available I had reserved. I contact the next day for a refund and they say they have a room available for my second night but expect me to pay for a 2 night stay and only stay on night. Save yourself a headache and stay away from these scammers.
The staff was very helpful when I entered.
When I went to my room the entrance light would not work, I had to use my flashlight from my telephone to see. The staff did allow me to switch rooms.
Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. I did notice mold in the corner of the shower stall.
This property could use an upgrade, new carpeting would be favorable.
This was a good place to stay overnight, not any longer. They should also confirm times for airport shuttle. I put my name in the night before and was told it wasn’t there. I waited an extra half an hour to get the shuttle.
The rooms are dated and hallway smelled like marijuana. Bathroom had very limited space. We asked the front desk for towel service at 8:02 am before leaving for the day and never received them. I will say the breakfast attendant was pleasant and made the stay better.
First off I believe name was Jimmy, he was very nice. Got che ked in. First room tv didn’t work. He apologized and got me another room. However, that room wasn’t cleaned. Bed wasn’t made, toothbrush in bathroom, garbage. Went back to jimmy. He was disappointed. Said on his end the room was cleared by maids. So he walked me up personally to the third room to make sure everything worked. So the hotel isn’t great but the front desk staff was good. Probably won’t book again.
