"Overall, I had a great stay—the room was excellent and the breakfast was very good. I’ve stayed at this location before and had positive experiences. However, around 4 AM there was a major disturbance when children in the hallway set off the fire alarm, waking all guests and causing an evacuation. This significantly disrupted my sleep affecting me to wake up for something important the next day I hope the hotel can take better measures to prevent this from happening in the future."

"My room was clean and the property was clean. There was a little bit of painting going on but it didn't take away from the cleanliness. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick. My only concern was that the window covering in the room was just a simple see through shade, the curtains did not close. I was in an area of the hotel that had a VERY bright light just outside in the parking lot and it made the room so bright. I could only sleep facing away from the light. The pool and hot tub area were fine, and the hot tub was warm, but the jets were out of order, so it wasn't as relaxing."

"Towels felt really scratchy and rough. I was told the pool was fine. For changed, got my son changed and went down. The pool was then out of order. Very frustrating since my son was very excited to swim since he was getting surgery the next day. It is a very nice hotel but really bummed about the pool."
