"Anthony has a sunny disposition and went out of his way to help us have an excellent stay!"

"Jeannine was extremely kind to me, helping me with my luggage going up the stairs. She was always, courteous and helpful. She made me feel that there was no better place to stay in all of Albany!"

"I didn’t like that there wasn’t scrambled eggs and instead it was western omelets. I don’t eat meat and my husband doesn’t eat peppers."

"Vieja y sucia"

"The hotel room was extremely humid and warm every day. There was so much condensation on the windows, there were puddles of water on the windowsill. I asked the front desk staff if this was normal and if someone could check the room, she said that the fan in the room does not work and to turn it off. "This is not a hotel per se. It is transitional housing and not very well-maintained. No breakfast as advertised. A dresser whose drawers do not close. An air mattress. One light-weight blanket when a better one would have helped. Noisy because people live there. Heater very noisy. Not all outlets worked. Staff not rude but certainly not friendly or helpful."

"Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out."

"Great accommodations I would 100% be back"

"This was a really nice place to stay while we were in town for a funeral. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were initially surprised when our GPS had us turn into an empty parking lot, so just a note that you enter the hotel from the rear of the building."

"Lovely stay with family for a funeral in the area. Really appreciated the hot coffee and tea available at all times in the lobby."

"Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean."
