"The room has a musky and moldy bad smell. TV was not working properly. Did mention to staff about the smell, they offered 2 other rooms and all were equally smelly. Took one that I thought smell the least but turns out the whole night it just got worst. Sheets were very moist, so uncomfortable and smelly. "If you come to Hangzhou, this is the place you want to stay. Bus stop outside the door, 5 minute walk to metro, amd Zhongshan street just around the corner. Staff speak English well and are very helpful. "
