"Very clean spacious apartment in a quaint town. There was great communication with the owner and after a phone call on arrival we easily obtained key for checking. We had a delightful room overlooking the river and it was reasonably quiet. The only noise was late at night from some noisy teenagers in the street below. "We could not rate the staff as we arrived late and left early so they did not have opportunity to recieve our issues. That said, I raised the issues with the site in their internal review and while apologetic they did not mention any of the issues we had said.
