"The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The bathroom needed a good wipe down around the bottom of the walls and door . The two chairs at the table were scraping the paint off the wall. But overall I would stay again ."

"An older property with few of the amenities that other newer hotels offer. However the room was clean, bed comfortable and the shower head was great. Most hotels have a mini-fridge, but older hotels like this have larger size refrigerators which is great if you are traveling with food and drinks."

"Good"

"Good value. Wife and I spent one night here. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel in general was very nice. I would stay here again"

"Always stay when in the area, great staff and clean rooms."

"The room was comfortable. We had a solid night sleep on the first leg of a long move. Comfortable bed, helpful staff."

"Our family had a great stay here! Our kids, ages 6 & 11, enjoyed the pool area which was clean and well maintained. Our room on the 4th floor was clean, comfortable and quiet. My daughter forgot a toothbrush and was able to get a complimentary one from the front desk. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"Delightful and comfortable 2-night stay. We would stay again. Peterson is a quiet town as compared to Lansboro and right in the bicycle trail."

"Perfect location to have a reunion."

"Absolutely wonderful. High Victorian mansion, wonderful furniture and decor, charming hosts, fantastic, convivial breakfasts, fluffy towels, great toiletries, great guest camaraderie. It couldn't have been a better experience. I would love to stay again!!"

"The jacuzzi tub was great to relax the muscles after a day of adventure and exploration although we unfortunately had to clean it ourselves before use as there were footprints with sand and dirt within it. The remainder of the room was clean other than the solid thick layer of dust upon the top of the head board. We didn't sleep well as the bed was too firm, it is what it is. The outside curb appeal around the building itself is full of weeds and the bushes need some attention."

"The motel had a fire and Expedia never told me! Had to find a different place to stay. Expedia is a joke!"

"We booked this cabin while in the area for a wedding. We were most looking forward to the trout stream fishing as advertised in the name. Unfortunately there was significant foliage overgrowth to the point we couldn’t access the stream due to poisonous flowers surrounding all the trails. We were unaware of the flowers until reading about it in a welcome book on the property. There was also a significant carpenter ant infestation in the bathroom and loft sleeping area. The beds had a significant...

" Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!"

"Fantastic find! Clean, newer, well maintained, wonderful backyard. Excellent communication with owner. We will be back."

"Best home rental ever! "
