"A very last minute booking. Room was comfortable and clean. Only not getting full marks because - the shower wasn’t draining and the water pressure and heat in the bathroom sink was way too high. It splashed everywhere and the water was too hot too quickly. Mentioned to staff on checkout."

"VERY outdated! The pictures make it seem more modern than it is but old wardrobes, old curtains, old hairdryer, old desk and chairs. The corridors are very old and smell of cigarette smoke. The bed was dirty with what looked like blood stain and white stains on the head board. Windows were very thin and I could hear the traffic clearly. "

"Rugby match was being played and the car park was full even though there were security guards on checking in your staying, in the morning the car park was empty. The bar and restaurant was full so paying guests could not get food"

"Victoria Lodge is a fantastic place to stay...the location in the middle of Stockton Heath couldn't be more convenient for numerous pubs, restaurants, a variety of shops, Alexander Park and Walton Gardens. There are all kinds of opportunities for walks nearby (public footpaths through the Cheshire countryside, the tow path of the Bridgewater Canal and the Trans Pennine Way).
