No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. "We stayed here for a night for a wedding reception. The shower wasn’t functioning properly and we could not close it completely. However, the worst part was it was full of mould. There was mould around the bath tub as well. The beds were ok. I would not stay here again."

"The bed was comfortable and in room amenities were good as well with a clean room The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable in the summer with the room situated next to a car park on ground floor with reduced privacy given windows had to be open The carpets do show their age I feel our stay was ok outwith all of this and it’s location ideal as short drive to motorway"

Bathroom needs deep clean of tiles, taps or preferably refurbished as bath chipped and holes in tiles from previous fittings very poorly filled. Paint chips on the furniture.
