"The staff was extremely kind and helpful but the property has seen better days. The room was clean."

"Place was cozy and clean, very relaxing and saw lots of wildlife right outside our door!"

"I’ve stayed here before. This property is the nicest hotel in Newcastle, but it’s starting to show its age. We got a room with just a shower, which wasn’t a big deal for me. Kids like the tub. Quiet area, plenty of parking. Pool area needs attention. Hot tub was out of service for repairs. The pool seemed to be a bit cold for dad. The steps on the ladder in the deep end need to be fixed, as the top step spins upside down."

"Room was next to the highway and listened to trucks all night long."

"Clean convenient for one night"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"What a quaint inn, a unique place to peaceful rest of both my mind and body while on travel in WY! Will be telling others about my mostenjoyable time spent at the Ssundowner Inn! P.S. Hope all enjoyed the CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM😉!"
