"Upon arrival, it took a while to get checked in. Attendant was cleaning rooms and completing front desk tasks. We had to locate her to check in. The first room we got smelled, had pepperonis and a contact on floor. A soccer ball by the chair and bathtub was dirty. Clearly, it had not been successfully cleaned. We asked for a different room, and the room smelled, lights didn't work in entry and by beds, tub stained, but it was a little cleaner than first one. Front desk clerk/room attendant...

"The bathroom in the room we had was so small you could barely get into it and the door was too wide to shut. Towels were thin. Even though we were a stayover the housekeeper came every half hour in the morning and didn’t understand we were staying and didn’t need service."

"Great stay for the price. My wife and I were there visiting my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. We stayed in a suite-type room where there was plenty of room and space to breath. Our room was clean and well supplied with necessities to make our stay comfortable as we were there for about 4 days total. Our hotel manager, Benny Patel, was always accommodating and prompt to meet our requests and needs. We have stayed on 3 occasions as this hotel is exceptionally and well managed by Benny."

"Beds are just OK, not real comfy and bedding mediocre and worn. Breakfast is OK for thosenot looning after their health. But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers. "everything was great except the noise from outside around the tables which people set at. They was partying and making noise till 2am. There should be a curfew at night. Yes understand you'al are making a lot of money from the oil workers in Pecos Tx but that does not give them the right to party and keep other people awake."

"I was disappointed in this Best Western motel. The ice and coffee were very from our room in the lobby.The included breakfast was not at this motel. It was next door ar a reastaraunt and the reastaraunt was closed. This was not explained during check in, we had to ask later in the day were we would eat. Room was clean, but noisy with trucks. "

"I checked in went to 3rd floor room and keys didnt open door. Went back to elevator got in pressed lobby and elevator dropped drastically and threw myself and the luggage cart. Then lights went out and emergency and help buttons did not work. Doors would not open. Nothing worked. I immediately called 911. Eventually an officer arrived and he yelled through the door that he had to reset the elevator. He did so the elevator turned on and went up and down and the doors opened. I got off thanked...

"Tv didn’t work. Tub was dirty. Breakfast was bare bones one fruit of each variety. The elevator was broken. The room I reserved wasn’t cleaned so they had to give me ones with a smaller bed. I was exhausted from driving all day so just slept and left. "
