"My brand new shirt that I was ironing to wear for a funeral was damaged due to a damaged ironing board. I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. The ironing board was replaced with a new one, unfortunately of no use to me as my shirt was already damaged. "We travelled as a family. The room was big and bright. Very clean. Staff were great. Kids loved the pool,£10 for adults kids free. We ordered room service for dinner which was super fresh. Kids had dominions pizza which is right opposite. Breakfast was great and both kids ate for free. "
